The service and its operator

NEXT MBA Workplace is operated by NEXTED GROUP SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, NIF B56576259, VAT ESB56576259, Calle Gregal, 8, 46117 Bétera, Valencia, Spain. Contact service@nextmba.com for assistance.

Workplace provides digital access to the assistant, learning and work features available to your account. A compatible device, internet access and, for voice, microphone permission are required. Preview features may change or be limited to selected accounts. The Live work voice preview currently uses sample emails and does not send real email.

Your account and permissions

Use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Keep account credentials secure. Connecting Google is optional, and you decide whether to grant the requested permissions. You can disconnect it or revoke access from your Google account.

Granting Gmail access does not subscribe you to a paid plan. Any paid membership, price, billing interval and cancellation conditions are shown in the applicable offer and checkout.

Review AI output before acting

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review facts, recipients and reply content before using or sending it. The Gmail assistant sends a reply only when you choose to send it. You remain responsible for the communications you authorize.

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, unlawful content or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share with the processing providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and account closure

Features depend on the availability and permissions of third-party services, including Google and AI providers. Access may change when you withdraw permissions, an authorization expires or a provider becomes unavailable. We may restrict use to investigate abuse or protect service security.

You may stop using Workplace and request account deletion through Account & privacy. Manage any paid subscription through the billing controls for that subscription; deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription managed by a third-party store.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. The general NEXT MBA Terms & Conditions and the terms shown for a purchased service govern matters not addressed here. Contact support if you need help identifying the terms that apply to your purchase.
