PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR EVENT PARTICIPATION
1. General Provisions1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by NEXTED GROUP SL (B56576259), registered at CALLE Gregal, 8, 46117, BETERA, VALENCIA (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"), expressing their intention to purchase a ticket for an event.
1.2. Payment for the ticket constitutes acceptance of this Offer and signifies the Participant's agreement to its terms.
1.3. The current event program, speaker list, and event schedule are published on the website: https://nextmba.com/.
1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, replace speakers, modify the order of presentations, and adjust content without prior notice to the Participant. All changes are published on the website.
2. Ticket Purchase Procedure2.1. The Participant purchases a ticket through the Organizer's website or other designated means.
2.2. Ticket prices are indicated on the website and may be subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion.
2.3. Payment is made electronically. The electronic ticket serves as confirmation of payment.
3. Ticket Refund Policy3.1. The Participant may request a refund under the following conditions:
- If canceled 90 days or more before the event – 100% refund.
- If canceled 60 days or more but less than 90 days – 50% refund.
- If canceled 30 days or less before the event – no refund.
3.2. To request a refund, the Participant must submit a written request via email to the Organizer, providing ticket details and bank account information for the refund.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of approval.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties4.1. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer:
- The Organizer is responsible for hosting the event on the specified dates according to the published program, with the possibility of making changes.
- The Organizer has the right to adjust the event program, speaker list, and schedule, notifying Participants via updates on the website.
- The Organizer is not responsible for schedule changes due to circumstances beyond their control.
4.2. Rights and Obligations of the Participant:
- The Participant must comply with event rules and maintain public order.
- The Participant is responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing a ticket.
- The Participant is not entitled to claim compensation for changes in speakers, program content, or other organizational matters.
5. Force Majeure5.1. The Organizer is released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Offer if caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, military conflicts, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.
5.2. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, the Organizer may offer the Participant a rescheduled date or participation in a similar event.
6. Final Provisions6.1. This Offer comes into effect upon publication on the website https://nextmba.com/ and remains valid until revoked by the Organizer.
6.2. Any disputes arising from this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the court at the Organizer’s registered location.
6.3. By purchasing a ticket, the Participant confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of this Offer.
