This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and NEXTED GROUP S.L. ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of NEXT MBA (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
2. Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such activity is expressly permitted by law.
4. Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

3. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by NEXTED GROUP S.L. or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the App but only a limited license to use it.

4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

5. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates or modifications to the App from time to time. These updates may be automatic and may not require your explicit consent. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this EULA or other reasons. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXTED GROUP S.L. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Entire Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
